Practice Info
These centers provide face-to-face individual and group counseling, as well as appropriate smoking cessation medications. Counseling and nicotine replacement therapies are available to participants at little or no cost, regardless of insurance status, as long as they live or work in the state of Minnesota. Individual appointments are available at both sites. Smokers using QUITPLAN services are seven times more likely to quit than those who go it alone. Please call for more information. Available at no cost or low cost, the QUITPLAN program is the result of a grant partnership between the University of Minnesota and Clearway Minnesota.
