When making an online payment, patients should have their UMPhysicians paper billing statement in front of them as it does contain information necessary to make a payment.
Major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover or with an electronic check from their bank account are accepted. A receipt confirming payment will be e-mailed to the patient and the payment processed within three to five business days.
